| What you are about to read is an everyday account of what is being done to people all over America. This is not new - and there is no guarantee that these people's homes will be saved. But if enough people KNOW what is happening - it might work and that is what is important - you have to TRY - you have to fight for your rights, your home, and sooner or later - even your life. America has become a land of privilege - but ONLY if you have the money - seems like that is what it always comes down to - THE MONEY - who has it and how they use it. But when money is used for EVIL, destruction of people's lives, destruction of their rights, destruction of their homes, then MONEY ITSELF has become EVIL. There is a right way and a wrong way to do everything. And for the past 40 years that I can swear to - I have seen MONEY used in ALL the WRONG WAYS by ALL THE WRONG PEOPLE. This is just one more time and it's time to put a stop to it. | |
| LETTER I RECEIVED:
We were everyday citizens once upon a time, awaiting an upgrade to a road that was and still is a very dangerous place to live.....and we all would have welcomed a simple "upgrading" of this roadway to benefit us against the increased tourists. (there's that abuse of money AGAIN)....as they have increased and do not know how to drive on a good ole country road....yet now we find ourselves up against the federal government.....hiding behind the National Park Service that is hiding behind the state....aka.....the WVDOH...!!!! (WVDOH = West Virginia Department of Highways) The NPS is hoping to use the WVDOH to use "Eminent Domain" so that they don't have too use their powers of eminent domain as they have in the past, those that are documented as proving disastrous to the communities they chose to "protect"! The National Park Service is not the "National Park Service" of our youth! They now consider themselves to be an agency smarter than that of the general public and worst of all above the intelligence and stewardship of the private landowner...!!!!! So, again I thank you for all the support. I do wish to gather to you the importance of fighting off any federal agency...be it the US Fish and WildLife, EPA, DNR and most viciously the NPS... |

| The idea that this woman should have to THANK ME for doing something to help her fight, is to me, beyond comprehension. There is no thanks required - there is no earthly or unearthly reason for her to thank me for what should be first nature to anyone human - to stop corruption - to stop abuse of peoples rights - to stop wrong doing NO MATTER WHO the people are doing it - this is not something to thank me for - this is something that is perfectly natural to me and to every other rational, logical HUMAN!! But - I guess the last sentence answers my own question, doesn't it? Follow the pages below and see why she and others like her are fighting, what they are fighting for, and WHO they are fighting against. | |
