Wilson, Home improvement, and the Founding Fathers Cornet

has been endowed with volumes of writings about the blessings of this
Continent. The Founding Fathers could not but extol the obvious
involvement of Divine intervention in the creation of this nation. It was
obvious to all that the nation was Divinely "kick started," even
in face of the many flaws such as slavery in its social fabric, all of
which could be erased by the proper application of the laws of the Bill of
Rights and Constitution. One
of the obvious blessings to all was the existence of a continent whose
isolation from the rest of the world was physically emphasized by the vast
insulation on both sides consisting of thousands of miles of ocean. To our
north was the insulation of a nation of common language and the desire to
stay separate from us. To our south was a rural nation insulated from our
Occidental society by language, a rich Aboriginal heritage, and ties to
the Iberian Peninsula. The
Founding Fathers had demanded that we stand on our side of these
oceans, much like Dr. Wilson of the Home Improvement program stands on HIS
side of his fence. So, let us devote ourselves, for a moment, to the issue
of Home Improvement! Tim's
neighbor Dr. Wilson, Jr. is described as "a strange neighbor who
enjoys learning about other cultures and never shows his entire
face." Isn't it interesting how much our national bent has been to
learn about other cultures!!! Why, though, do we not stay on our side of
the fence? The
Founding Fathers admonished us to stay behind the fence!!! In
his Farewell Address, published on Sept. 19, 1796, President George
Washington gave directions on our approach to foreign affairs: "The great
rule of conduct for us, in regard to foreign nations, is in extending our commercial relations to have with them as little political
connections as
possible."
Washington went on to say "It is our true policy to steer clear of
permanent
alliances with any portion of the foreign world." Why
did we not follow that advice? James
Madison said:
"It
has been the true glory of the United States," in "fulfilling
their neutral obligations with the most scrupulous impartiality . . . to maintain
sincere neutrality
toward belligerent nations," and "to exclude foreign intrigues
and foreign
partialities." Why did we ignore the obvious benefit of three or more thousands of miles of water between us and Europe and Asia? In face of the Monroe Doctrine, Commodore Perry steamed into Tokyo to a world that was actually content with staying behind their fence. Why
could we not just stay behind our oceans? Isolationism is considered arrogant and evil yet Thomas Jefferson concurred with it, declaring that the foreign policy of a free society has to mean: "Peace,
commerce, and honest friendship, with all nations - entangling alliances
with
none." "Our first and fundamental maxim should be, never to
entangle ourselves
in the broils of Europe." Of
course most accusatory "free thinking" rabble use Jefferson's
embroilment with slavery as proof that he was arrogant and evil,
disregarding the FACT that he was a Founding Father telling us how to be
successful. Perhaps
we should look at the fruits of our efforts. I
know many have considered the possibility that had we not entangled
ourselves in Europe in WWI, there would have been no Hitler in Germany? Of
what consequences would that have been to the Jewish and other minorities
whose lives were taken? Meanwhile, though, Wilson stays behind his fence. Tim confers over it. We
laid cable across the Atlantic, and, for a while, conferred across it. The
oceans were very wide and insulating. But, we had to meddle. As
John Quincy Adams, author of the Monroe Doctrine put it:
"America... does not go abroad in search
of monsters to destroy. She is well-
wisher
to the freedom and independence of all. She is the champion and
vindicator
only of her own." As
I said above, the Supreme Power of the Universe provided us a huge fence
to stand behind in our dealings with the "foreign intrigues and
foreign partialities." Why did we err? Frankly I think our excursions
were driven by the well-intentioned, child-like desire of trying to force
others to enjoy the benefits we have inherited. We were preaching and we
were meddling. But we did so against the sage advice of the folks who were
Inspired to lay down the rules of life for the Republic. The
NCA also asserts that this ongoing drive to convert the world is fueled by
an ever- increasing mass of liberal thinking that has migrated to our
shores, bringing with it all the socialist trappings and baggage of “the
old country.” The NCA also asserts that the influx of Bolshevism during
the 1920’s that parasitically ensconced itself into our educational
system set out to destroy the Republic and set in place the socialism and

we have to report to Adams, "Sir, we went abroad in search of
monsters to destroy, and have taken to our bosoms a giant cauldron of hot
coals. What shall we do?" His
response would be quite simple.
"HOME IMPROVEMENT!!" "Go home. Go back behind the fence and stay there. All you have done is quite convinced the Islamic world that the Crusades have returned. You were NOT to be a Christian

HOME. Get behind your fence and when the neighbors come up to talk, do so.
When they come to you for advice, as does Tim and his family, give it.
This world owes nearly all technological progress to your nation, provide
more." "Send
the United Nations back to Europe where it belongs. All such idiocy is New
World thinking of the kind that drove Great Britain's New World Order,
France's New World Order, Russia's New World Order, ad nauseum." "Meanwhile,
once home and your wounded treated, if any come over your fence by stealth
to steal your blessings or destroy your property, respond with the 'Big
Stick' to which Teddy Roosevelt subscribed. In the case of the ARABIAN
attack on the Twin Towers, you should have blown up the temple in Mecca.
They worship their temple and believe that God would not let that happen.
They attacked your towers because they feel you worship them. Fine. A
tit for a tat. No apologies. Let that be a warning to all the people
on the other side of the ocean that they are not to come across to do you
harm." "Return
your immigration to that of 100 years ago: Quotas and passage only through
Ellis Island. Send all foreign nationals HOME and tell them they have to
start over and go through the same 'hoops' as all other Americans were
made to do before you errantly and stupidly stepped across the seas to
meddle. Give seditionists the option of stifling their voices either
voluntarily or by moving to another nation of their choice. If necessary,
buy them out and send them on their way." "The
oceans are still your blessing should you have the temerity to return to
your Divinely ordained original position." "If
you chose to stay across the oceans, and continue to peddle your nearly
psychotic love of the most evil of all governments, Democracy, I refer you
to my father's prophecy:"

will, and the execrable cruelty of one or a very few.

would suggest that you WILL have to answer not only to history, but the
Divinity to which you owe the creation of the Republic you destroyed. You
will have to answer for not only all the blood shed on our soil in the
defense of the Republic but the blood of your children whose bodies lie in
other nations where you have chosen to arrogantly dishonor
our advice about staying on YOUR side of the fence." Cowardice
you say? Nay, my descendents, your cowardice is not measured in coming
back behind the fence personified by the mighty Oceanus all about you, it
is evidenced by your continued refusal to live by the Divinely inspired
standards put in place 225 years past.. Actually,
folks, the NCA is asserting that we are looking at "Home
Improvement" or a police
state and the anarchy and loss of life that will inevitably follow. The
